best out of players?

does anyone know how to get the best out of big name players using team talks. need to get villa firing them in

then i either stick with it or i change to such as wheres the passion lads?

mike phelans not great though at giving team talks, anyone reccomend a good assistant

how is mike phelean not good at team talks? he has good motivation and determination. do you mean pres conferences? then maybe yes

ive got baldini on staff already, hes good though

i thought man management was for press conferences and motivation was key in team talks specially if losing or drawing. But yeah use Baldini he is pretty solid, but keep an eye on his stats after about a year or so. Some begin to decrease
