I got him a year in so not sure how available he is but worth keeping tabs on is Nikon el Maestro (thats actually his name I **** you not, everytime he scores it comes up with El Maestro and its worth signing him just for that), he's amazing for me. Im playing with the lowest rep in the BSN (custom club) and he just appeared as interested randomly at one point in the transfer window, so definitely keep tabs. I don't know his situation at the start of the game.
