Honestly, none of them.
With the new ME and other updates you'll need to babysit your players and manage your tactics a lot more than previous versions.

try this: http://www.fm-base.co.uk/forum/foot...1-classic-veez-new-patch-13-1-3-versions.html if you want plug and play you need more than one tactic. one tactic wont be able to win you every match, need a more offensive one and a more cautious one to play away against big teams. thats as close to plug and play as you're gonna get. but still need to "baby-sit" your players
