Best poacher for my Arsenal save?

I'm going to be using the 4-4-2 strongman tactic, Giroud will be my target man. It's January in my first season and I'm 8th in the league so I need some change. I have a 24M budget to buy a poacher for my team, of course it doesn't have to be 24M but that's the max I can pay for one..

if you dont mind spending most of ur transfer budget i would recommend either lewandowski (dortmund) or mandzukic (fc bayern).
But if your looking for a cheap alternative i would suggest ademilson (sao paulo)
