Anyone know of any sure good scouts I can hire that give good reliable feedback on players.

Bierhoff is great, and also free in the start of the game. Ernesto Varnier, Newton Motta, Alexandre Ceolin, Steve Rowley, Paul Johnson, Caigiao, Grip, Macia, to name a few
