Best tactic for actual Real Madrid ?

I would like to play RM in the way they actually play, the starting line up would be Navas; Carvajal, Varane, Ramos, Marcelo; Kroos, Modric; Bale, James, CR7; Benzema
What should i do to get the best out of this team, score a lot of goals, make cr7 win ballon d'or? I didnt started campaign yet but i would like to see your advices

i tried 2 times but im lame in fm and i lose many times i want 4231 like in real life. offensive.
