Best Tactic for Default Database?

Just gone back to playing my old FM games and I've started with FM13! Which is the most effective tactic though?

4-1-4-1 Rock Classic is the best one. I still play FM 13.

4-1-4-1 Rock Classic is the best one. I still play FM 13.

Rock classic just does not work for me. I do not manage top teams, just smaller teams in the Dutch Eredivisie. And no tactic realy works, not even with Feyenoord.

Best tactic? Search zonalmarking, choose manager you like how they play and try emulate. I can make some for you aside from Brazil 2002 thats almost impossible
