which tactics is the best for the 15.1.3 version ?

No such thing. There are many great tactics. But, there is no BEST tactic. What's great for one person and club won't neccessarily be great for another person and club. There is so much variables that go into the producivity of a tactic. Look through the tactics in this forum and try several (at the least) out and see which one best fits what you are looking for.

Seeing that the only availble pirated version at the moment is 15.1.3 and every sane person would have updated to 15.1.4 (not 15.2 / 15.2.1), it has to be.
