Best team for developing youth?

I am looking for a long term save to get my through to FM16, I have already done Ajax and FC Midtjylland, so need another team with fantastic youth potential, and good training facilities.

Ideally the team has to be in the top division of their nation, and be in Europe, yet I will listen to everyones views.

Apart from the big sides are there any who are mid table/ going to fight the drop in their divisions?

Other than the big obvious ones - Barca, Southampton, Porto, etc: Middlesbrough! Have seen such amazing youth come through there.

Also: Vejle, Freiburg, Stuttgart, Roma, Ajax, PSV.
