Best Team for Re-gens

i was just wondering if anyone has ever noticed if any big team seems to have better regen players than other big teams.in reality teams like barcelona,arsenal and manchester united would have better players come through the ranks but whenever i am a team my regens are always poo and i have to buy.this causes problems later on in the game when it comes to registering players for the champions league.

It is completely random of how good regens a team gets.

so there is no point in requesting to improve youth facilities??so say crewe could have class players and barcelona all poo??

Depends on a clubs reputation & youth facilities. If you want better youth players, expand your youth facilities. But even if you have the best facilities there's no guarantee you'll get world class players coming through but it certainly increases the chances.

Any team could have the next Messi pop-up in their youth team. So get scouting.
