Best training schedule FM 12

Can anyone tell me which training schedule that is best for FM12? Preferably with both senior and youth training.

Look for Dunc's, one of the best i've found caters for everything and he has a youth one too

There is no best training as unlike tactics, its impossible to exploit this part Of the game. Have à read in this thread and you Will be able to set up some good one for your own players
