It's a balance I've always struggled with on this game (I play FMC mode by the way).

I looked into it a little bit, and according to the IGN guide on team training, Fitness should be your main focus if you are playing attacking, fast-paced football (which I am). Has anyone used Fitness training regularly throughout a season, and if so, did it positively affect performance/results? I've been testing it recently with pretty good results using favourites and underdog teams. but I never see it suggested on these forums.

Generally, I'd like to know what you all do with training, and whether you've found that sweet spot?
