What leagues and players are good Value for money. Like how Newcastle always look to the French League to get good value for money. Im Schalke bout to start 2nd season and dont want to waste money on players that are not goin to perform on a regular basis. 21m to spend

Argentina always seem to have great talents which are quite cheap to acquire as well. But the problem is with the Work Permits. German league is pretty good value for money as well. Lucky you have some great talents in your own squad Meyer,Draxler and Goretzka.
