Best way to convince a player to join?

Hi All

Just wondering if anyone knows the best way to convince players to join your club when talking to them?

For youngers,i tell them that they will be admired as a good younger...
To the best players,i tell them,that they will be icons or legends if they came to my club...
And they say : " i like the sound of that" !

I ALWAYS offer contract first..... In my opinion its the easiest/best way.
 
I've tried talking and very rarely works. Just offer them **** loads of money and big agent fee
 
Every time I talk to them first they never come so I throw money at the problem!
