Best way to find Good players?????

Hey all i am wondering , i always try and take teams through the leagues to the premier league so i always try and build my team by using young players with potential , What is the best way to find good young players and also how can i tell if they are going to be any good in the future?

Are there any stats that i should look for that can underline a player will be good in the future?

Determination is the key stat.

Open your search screen and filter for players with youth contracts, then sort by price and start sending your scouts to scout them out, that's the best way to find cheap quality regens
