Best Wonderkid In Each Position

Afternoon gents,

I get the most enjoyment out of starting a save (primarily with Spurs) and signing only young players.

I've seen a lot of different "wonderkids" lists here and there and they all vary.

So who is the best/highest potential wonderkid in each position?

Secondly, I try sign certain players i.e Guebbels and it says "My client would rather further his development at Lyon" or something of this nature - how long until I can actually enter contract negotiations with the player?

THIRDLY, I've heard murmurs that Goretzka becomes a free in the first season? Is there any other great players who do this?

Goretzka does become free. As does Seri, Sanchez, Ozil and a few others. Can usually get some good bargains end of 1st seasons. Seen Dahoud from Dortmund available for 9m. And Max Meyer available for 2m.

I've finished my first season with Newcastle and finished 4th! At the back end of the season I was trying to sign goretska on a free and his agent kept saying our club wasn't up to his standards. Then he rejected about 5 contracts from various clubs went back in after his current one expired. Not sure how it works but I got him

I often go back for a player once the contract has expired, you can sometimes end up with a better deal that way as his contract demands are lower. Doesn't work everytime but when it does it makes you realise that between the winter transfer window and the end of the season it's a player's market for those running down their contracts whilst at then end of the season/contract they become less fussy/greedy.

How does Pinamonti fare? Looks a good prospect

Pinamonti did very well for me at Feyenoord. Scored 16 in 21 league matches and also 9 in 8 champions league matches (including play-offs). I bought him in the summer of 2019, but he demanded a non-negotiable limited transfer fee of 20M. So unfortunately Juventus bought him in the first winter transferwindow after I bought him. But he did very well for me. Saddest thing was that the limited transfer fee was expiring if he stayed 3 days longer

Fillipo Melegoni also deserves a mention here. Absolutely top drawer for me and certainly better than Kessie!
