Hi guys,

Was just wondering which teams around the world have the best youth set ups on the game. Looking to see if I can poach a bit of young talent from some teams.

Thanks.

..

If you are looking for a lower league team, crewe in England's league 1 has a pretty decent youth set up

River Plate, Boca Juniors in Argentina, Fluminense, Gremio, Sao Paulo in Brazil.

Southampton, West Ham and Aston Villa should have pretty decent academies too!

I've always found that TNS and Dinamo Zagreb have good regens.

Spurs has just completed a state of the art academy project, and this is now correctly reflected in the game.

There were two lower league Scottish teams that produced decent regens. Queen of the South and Morton, I believe. Besides, each club has a "youth recruitment" stat which you can check on their home screens. Anything "above average youth recruitment" and better usually means at least 2-3 decent regens per year.
