Best Youth Facilities & Academy & Recruitment ?

Anyone know the best youth academys, facilities and recruitment ?

I know that Lyon, Real Madrid & Barcelona have excellent ones.
Anyone know any other clubs that have very good youth academys etc ?

Derby have always had "Very good Youth Facilities" on the club info screen...or is that just gonna be the same for every club?
