Hi guys, i have just completed my 1st season on patch 9.3.0 with Leyton Orient with not a lot of money and i did quite well (finishing 9th)

Now the season has finished some players have left and i have brought in newer and better players to try and push towards the play-offs but my new team can't seem to even score a goal.

I use the same tactics as the last season etc so i can't understand what has changed.

Team last season was

GK G.Morris
LB D.Granville
RB D.Mackay
CB T.Mkandawire
CB B.Saah
RW J. Smith
LW D. Rose
CM S Thornton
CM G.Irvine
STK A.Boyd
STK D. O'Brien (quality striker from Dundalk, League 1 top scorer last season)

New Team:

GK J.Walker
LB P.Gilbert
RB D.Mackay
CB T.Mkandawire
CB C Byrne / A.John-Baptiste
RW A. Van der Mayde
LW D.Rose
CM S.Thornton
CM D.Prutton
STK D.O'Brien
STK L.Hughes / D.Connolly / S Milne

I don't know what is up but i have played 14 games now and managed just 2 wins and 6 goals!!

Any advice would be much appreciated!!

Cheers

Because you have bought new players your team will need to gel,it could take a while.Stick it out and let the players get used to each other and let the new players get used to the tactics and surroundings of their and your results will steadily improve and your team will become more consistent.

JP Woodys rite you have bought too many players and they will take some time to gel .

sometimes i find tinkering with your tactics a bit at the start of a new season helps. its as if teams get used to the way you play. but the new players will need time aswel i suppose.
