How do I make my youtube videos in better quality, it's in 320p now but it's not very good. If someone could help me I'd be very happy

go to preferences, look around the tabs, you would find an option to upload the videos in 320,480,720 or 1080.

then choose 1080 for best quality (though it still sucks on youtube)
