better youth squad ?

Are there any ways to generate better youth joining my club in the new season？

ask the board to improve the youth facilities but they dont often do it

you have to have money for them to do it otherwise they will never accept any request

and you have to have been at the club for awhile that is what i found out on fm09

if you have a status as as untouchable for you job security then ther offen upgrade things to

The board upgraded my team's youth facilities at my second year in the team and my status was very secure.

They also upgraded the training facilities but they decided this by themselves! I never asked this.

When I asked another upgrade at the start of the 3rd season they told me to work more and visit their offices less! lol
