I am kind of new to FM. I am currently looking for a player who is able play as regista. I can spend $3million.

Edit: I am currently managing Fulham, year 2014 July

Kranevitter/Romero/Gas Gil Romero/Guido Pizarro etc may not deign to join in the Champo.

Instead loan Thiago Neves from FCP or get Adam Vass.
 
All of the players seem great. I do not have enough budget for any of them, though.

Ruben Neves? xD Kid is one of my favourite players in this year's FM. Although expensive at the start to buy, totally worth it! But he can be loaned pretty easily too, there is rarely interest in him..

Yea, he looks pretty good. I just offered him got refused, though. I am not sure whether I should loan him. If loaning him makes it easier to transfer him then that's what I'll do next
 
Never seen his Ruben Neves ill have a look anyone got SS few seasons in? Sergi Darder was good in FM14 looks decent in this years aswell.
