I'd recommend the team you decide to manage would be a mid table / top team. No real requirements, but be wary against teams that are a lot better than yourselves as you can get caught out on the break very easily!

Great possession stats, well done. Do you use any OI's or have any other tips how you change the tactic during games?

I set the assistant to do OIs. If i need to be more assertive I'll go off short passing and just keep retain possession on whilst switching from standard to control/attacking. (never go overload)

2017 for me in Reims, working amazingly with always +60% possession despite my average team.
Even away against big teams (we won to Dortmund away in the UCL).
5 clean sheets in 8 games, will update results later.

In fact the main issue is the offensive part of the tactic. I think I've never scored more than 2 goals since using it. Maybe changing the F9 as an IF on the right may be a solution, I'll try to make some tiny tweaks tonight...

By no means is this tactic perfect as the down side is the amount you score. With all possession tactics you generally build up play slowly meaning you're less likely to score a goal after 20 secs of build up.

Looking forward to seeing your tweak though!

In fact my strikers don't perform at all with ratings often around 6.3 despite the fact they're good enough to perform in French Ligue 1. Wondering if only one striker with 2 wings, in order to deliver some good balls to him, won't be better.
Will try it as soon as I can...
