Big Problem....HELP!!

Right people so started game with 14.3 patches realised dint have Germany players so i deleted the data thing as you do now i go to start new game and i dont have the 14.3 patch just default how do i get the 14.3 patch back? HELP!!!

Does it say 14.3 in the top left of your preferences screen?
