Big Team Syndrome

Whenever I play against a 'BIG' team... My players seem to get stage fright and just fall apart. Is there anything I can do to change it?

Play on the counter, and remember to give the "no pressure" team talk. Also, check your scout reports on players you buy - some players play better than others in big matches. Give praise where it's due, make sure half time team talks while your team are still drawing or only losing by a goal are positive talks.
