Biggest Flops in FM 09 ???

I`m managing Sunderland , 9 matches to go , 11th , but i have a big problem : van der vaart is the biggest flop of them all, it`s **** , second place is bent - another **** player who can`t score even there is no keeper in front of him .

another flop was andrea pirlo but he seems to do so well anywhere else
