I've had some great experiences with Mario Santana, he's cheap too (not entirely sure of price though, definitely below 14 mil...). He may not be the best AMR out there, but ******* he performed insane. Ended up third place for player of the year I believe in my Fiorentina save.

I highly recommend Joaquin from Valencia. Not sure how much he would cost but probably less than 14m. He runs rings around defenders, has immense pace, scores a lot of goals, and gets unhappy at Valencia usually.
