Birmingham fined for fan invasion

Like money matters that much to them anymore, and £40,000 is nothing in football terms. No point discussing this really.

I always wonder how the fines are calculated.

Is there a set fine for this sort of infringement, does it depend on how many fans ran on the pitch? is it to cover the cost of policing (Assume BCFC covered this anyway).

Should charge each of those fans that ran on the pitch £4.
