Bit of help needed

i have noticed that when i play my matched on fm 11, i cannot see the ground or supporters, just an extra bit of field, was just wondering if anyone else has this problem and could help me?

Im pretty sure, if you go:
Options/Preferences/Display and sound, there should be an option to see if you can enable stadium effects
