I am planning on creating a all black team at Blackburn, i need some names that are willing to sign for blackburn and are no too expensive. They do not neccessarily have to be African, can be brazilian, english or any black

Probably have to go for the likes of Diarra or Traore for the latter..or some Brazilians... and that would probably fulfill his African (/of African origin) requirement as well!
