Specific Player instructions.

Bare with me this may get confusing

Ok I like to have my Wingers switch wings and which ever tactic i use i do it. Now i set one winger to cross often and one to cross rarely. When they switch wings do they keep their own instructions or adopt the instructions of the other player?
I want to play with a good crosser and a player who can cut inside and shoot, obviously two players who can do both would be expensive to buy.
I'd like to try and utilise two different types of winger in the same system and have them switch side therefore giving the full backs a different challenge each time.

The player instructions stay with the position and not the player...

So maybe thats something that needs adding to the FM2010 then? Would increase realism to the game. Thanks anyway lads.

one way round it would be to set up 2 tactics and switch manually every 20 mins or so

what and just hope that the winger with crossing stats is on the left (for instance) and the one with the good long shot is on the right? I'd rather stick how it is than play by guess work
