Blackburn 1st season need AML/RB help

Hey Im in my first season with Blackburn Rovers and its the January Transfer Window.

Due to injuries im left with no AML's and I desperately need one, Im looking for a pacey winger who can put these great balls in for my strikers to score. Anything below 10m would be great

AND, I need a right back too. Just a Classic Right back would be fantastic.

Sebastian Leto (Panathinaikos) would be worth having a look at, shouldn't cost too much either. Douglas Costa (Shaktar) is a very versatile player who should do well on the left wing, too. Will turn out world class later in the game.
Other options would be Hulk (Porto), Antoine Griezmann (R. Sociedad), Balász Dzsudzsák (PSV), Gareth Bale (Tottenham)
or Pavel Niakhaichyk (BATE Borisov) if they're interested / withing your budget.
For RB have a look at Sébastian Corchia (Le Mans FC), Sime Vrsaljko (Dinamo), Romário (Vitória), Lorenzo De Silvestri (Fiorentina), Diego Renan (Cruzeiro) or Davide Santon (Inter). Santon's contract is likely to expire so with a bit of luck you'll be able to snap him up for free at the end of the season.

Thanks on Douglas Costa i also needed a goalscoring playmaker and it was a good shout, Unfortunately I dont have Greece loaded so Leto isnt in my game
Oh wait I do have Greece loaded and he's not there..
