I would love to see Blackburn have the kind of money that Man City do, I doubt this guy has that kind of money though because no offence to Blackburn fans but if he was totally loaded he would be buying Man Utd, Liverpool or even maybe helping Barca with their finacial problems. I think he will invest a decent amount of money into Blackburn and make sure that they are in a stable position to progress in the future.
I would be great to see yet another billionaire in the premier league and mix things up even more so that it isn't just the "big 4" anymore, I would love it if there was like they are saying this season 10+ teams all fighting it out for the a European spot.

FM11 will be nicer to manage Blackburn if this goes through
