Blackburn Rovers 2nd season

Got Rovers promoted first season and so begins my Premier League revival.

Whilst funds are readily available (unlike first season), the scouting network is still limited to Europe, which hinders me from finding too many players without scouring through teams in foreign leagues.

Mostly in need of a creative CM (AP), CB and LB/RB.

A foil for super Jordy Rhodes would be great too, but unsure whether to opt for a pacy striker or more of a target man.

Always been a keen investor in youth so "ones for the future" will also be appreciated.

Also due to relative poorness of squad in general, recommendations for everywhere would be useful.

My current star players are Rhodes, Rochina, Dann and Tshabalala.

Will post screenshot of squad if necessary, but in a transition period of getting rid of deadwood and bringing in new signings.

Charlie Austin is an excellent buy, may like not the former dingle but having him as a TM and Rhodes as a P they easily score 40 goals between them in the premier league. You may need 2 great wingers though like Matt Phillips and Tom Ince.

Get a look at the teams who were relegated and see if there's any Prem standard players in there, you might just find a few will go cheaper than you thought. If Hull were relegated you might want to look at Tom Cairney, could do a job for his price.
