Blackpool fans?
Fans of English football?

Don't be so ignorant, just because you don't care doesn't mean nobody else does.

On topic, very strange that he'd leave now after they just battered Wigan in their first ever Premier League match.

Maybe it was between him and Holloway and he knew how good Holloway was for the team..

Yeah, but if that was the case, surely Holloway would be the one to go, not the chairman?

weird timing... after a 4-0 win... erm... would love to know why :/

I don't think he wanted the responsibility of being Chairman if they go down, because then Blackpool fans would turn to him and go 'why didn't Ian Holloway *** amount of money'. I can see why he's done, I just hope they don't appoint a Ridsdale. Certainly managed the club's stadium and finances as best he could though.
