Blackpool FC Help

Ive got a big problem, i cant seem to keep blackpool in the prem and ive been sacked a few times trying it, i could do with some help with who to buy and sell and if i should use certain tactics maybe.

When i start a new game i have only 4mill to spend btw.

Try some new tactic like Kofloks Goals Galore or JP Woody's.
