Blackpool new season

i fancy givin blackpool a try so can any1 give me any tips on tactics, players to buy and sell to help me in what is gunna be a difficult season, cheers

I started a new save with Blackpool a few days ago actually.
Although some may say to go defensive I like to attack always with any club I manage and I recommend this tactic: [FM11.3]Zero Sea's Fairyland V3 -- Gorgeous (5.4) - Downloads - FM-Base - Football Manager 2011 Tactics, Wonderkids, Updates & Cheats

For players, I sold Rachubka and replaced him with Alex Smithies from Huddersfield, I'm sure you've heard of him, bags of potential.
I also recommend signing Tom Cairney from Hull and Garra Dembele from Levski Sofia I think.
