Blackpool team improvement 2015/16

Hi guys,

I've just started the 2015/16 season with my Blackpool team. I managed to win the league and the Carling cup last year. In addition, I reached the quarter finals of Champions League. This is what my team looks like atm:

4-2-3-1
GK - ter Stegen

RB - Romario
CB - S.Caulker
CB - Inigo Martinez
LB - Gabriel Silva

CM - Allen
CM - Collison
RAM - Deulofeu
CAM - G. Sigurdsson
LAM - Griezmann

ST - Zaha

This year I'm hoping to do even better. Therefore I'm wondering if you guys have any player recommendations for me? I feel that I have to improve the team somehow! I have 20 mil to spend, which is enough for one world class player. Thanks on beforehand

CM: Montolivo / Montillo , are both not to expensive.
ST: Wilfried Bony? / Mohammed Abdelouea ( i dont know exactly how to write it, the striker from hannover 96)
Retrain James Rodriguez to RAM?
And look for Andrea Poli, best option for CM I suppose with that budget.
