You have to either attach the tactic to the opening post ( click edit , click " go advanced " and attach it) or upload itbo the download section and then post the link from that here. I have deleted a couple of uploaded tactics today as they did not have any info in them besides " try my tactic ". If this one one of yours , just have a look in the rules ( found when you upload a tactic) to see what you need to do to get it approved in that section.
