Hello, i would like to start a team down there and take them all the way to the top, but i find it hard to find a team that has players that fit into a 4231 deep.
If you have any suggestions, i would appreciate it.
Thanks

Personally I would just go with a simple 4-4-2 or a 4-2-4 and build up from that. Teams in the lower league aren't as advanced in the higher divisions. I started a York City career from the Blue Square Premier with a simple 4-2-4. 3 seasons in and now in League 1 and aiming for Championsship now, basically because I had short contracts and almost switched all players every season. In league 1 I play with a 4-2-3-1 formation, so just wait for it. I changed tactic every season.

Here is the evolution:
4-2-4
4-3-2-1
4-2-3-1

Switching tactics once in a while, just to surprise my opponets.

Yeah I agree. Keep it simple. Don't mess with the sliders too much and don't be scared to play to you teams strengths. It's okay to hit it long at that level. 4-2-4 is about as adventurous as things get.
