Blue Square North 21 Teams

Hi guys, im mid-way through creating a English tier 13 database. My problem being I dont no how to edit my eng.xml file? I wish to change the league back to 22 teams so I can make promotions and relegations realistic. I tried editing it with notepad but it wouldnt save?

Anybody no a solution? It really is looking good now as I have all 13 tiers in place ready, im just editing clubs, but cannot go any further because of the 21 teams instead of 22 in Blue Square North?

umm to be fair i get arround it by putting 3 automatic places and then making a Play off not cup set as league and have 4 teams from each so 12 teams thats how i do it

or you could reinstate the team that went bust so you go back up to 22 teams, but you'd probably need to recreate teh leagues so it's no use for this db, but it's definately something to bear in mind if you or anyone else edits england in the future.
