Hello Guys,

Are you looking for a defensively solid tactic, which was built for lower profile teams? Then you are at the right place. This tactic won me the Ligue 1 with Rennes, with media prediction of 9th. When I am talking about lower profile teams, don't be afraid of the F9 positions, it's main purpose to come on deep for the ball only, as we will be playing with very high defensive line. In the test season I made 2 transfers, bought Javier Saviola and Jaime Gaitan.

Important
- Watch the game. If you see the opponent is using long through balls or you don't have enough amount of shots, tick push higher up from much higher
- Full backs are taking corners
- Pre-season: use fitness – high until you get 2 weeks before of the first competitive match, balanced – average afterwards
- Use match tactics training until it gets fully fluid, Defensive positioning afterwards
- Create 2nd and/or 3rd tactics, even if you aren’t using them. Let’s keep the ME guessing.
- Keep morale high and choose team talks carefully. If you are playing against stronger opponent, say assertively: encourage. If your players are looking not that interested: say assertively: show some passion. If you are leading in the 70thminute, say assertively: concentrate. If you experience your team got too much yellow cards, say assertively: calm down.

EL COMPO - Counter and Control versions

Hello Guys,

I decided to share my 4-3-3 tactics, just because I feel it was performing outstanding in my current save. I am Compostela and this is the 3rd season in the game. We started from the Segunda division (3rd tier), got straight promotion to La Liga in 2 years, which means we were complete underdogs this year. Media prediction was 20th of course and finishing 5th is just great! I have used the counter version on most of the games since we were the smallest team in the league, but I think you should go with control at home and counter on away games. Also, if you see you don't have the right amount of shots, change tactic from one to another. My previous advices are still standing, LB takes left corners and so on. It would be great if you could share your results here.

No it's for FM12

It was a perfectly valid question. No need for sarcastic answers. It's not like he asked "Is this for FM15?". For all you know the creator might not have updated their game.

its a daft question why would people release something on a old patch when 95% are playing on 15.3

So admittingly 5% don't play on this patch? Which means there's a shredd of uncertainty what the author could be playing on. Why would the question be daft. Most people who post tactics state which patch it's for. Zyndar didn't, which isn't a fault of his own but it does open for the simplest of questions.

The only thing that was daft was the sarcastic reply which, quite frankly, is something that was uncalled for.

plug in a lower league team....losing 3 goals in 15mins....didnt want to play anymroe

I am with Charlton in the Premier League. I use this tactic since the beginning of December but it proved! Early in the season, I also made a clever recruitment at low cost! I began to dream of winning a place for the Europa League.

I feel that a sarcastic answer was 100% valid.

Don't fight Guys, show the results instead! :)

I dont understand the WM role, do you need traditional wingers here or wingbacks? and why are they set to play narrow?

The WM is used due this position is customizable and exactly for that setting, to sit narrower. It helps them to connect to the attacks more. But feel free to change the roles or instructions.

what players do you need for this role?

Winger type players will do. As they don't cut inside, I would suggest left footed on the left and vica versa, but in my test I used opposite footed players too.
