Board room request is being actioned

i am QPR going into 2015/16 season just won league + champions league and still at our measly 19200 stadium when i went to ask to build a new one (club have 120,000,000 in finances) it said that the request was being actioned does any1 know what this means?

Ok it says planning to build new stadium so i guess will be new stadium btw i have soo much money by sheer luck i got a tycoon takeover and i got dzeko on a free then sold him for 37mill i have become a bit of a business tbh

they havent released aly details i'm sooo exited
