hi the club im managing have just won league 2 and so been promoted but people are making offers on players and the board are accepting the offers is there away to stop this

i would suggest that u get new players, cos those offers must have been too good to turn down by the board. however, if u are losing more than 7 or 8 players and you cant do anything about it, u should just resign cos even if u get more players who do not gel u wil probably be fired.

erm.. to be specific, it means resign and look for a new club.

dont resign just offer them new contracts or just hope the dont accept or give this intensive strength/aerobic training so they get injured and will fail their medical

yes offer them bigger contracts than wat the other club is offering them and it has happened to me before so i did that and it worked some times but not all the time

how much money are you gettin for them, because if you are gettin a lot, just go out and buy better players

If you set their asking value to approx 10-15 times their value, when a club bids for your player, your board will be less likely to accept it...
