i recenly started a new game managing man city but every time i give a team talk the body language of my players never changes. it always says nothing specific noted. at pre-season i had negative responses to my team talks and now im quarter way through my season i've not had 1 positive response. anyone have ideas to get some positive body language out my team?

What reputation do you have? I was at Kobenhavn with a sunday league reputation, and they didn't trust me at all. Sometimes they refused to listen. When the cup and the title it all went more postive.

i try to vary them as much as possible, i try to stick with calm, passivity and assertively tone and mix up what im saying to the team, nothin seems to be workin. :/

For me, in the save i'm in, i've been always aggressive 'expect a win' before a match, aggressive for anything from losing to 1-0 up at half time, assertive don't blow it if up more, and when we win happy with passion. if we lose/draw aggressive dissapointed..
