Bojan for 5.5mil- Is disappointed that his mentor has abandoned him.

Hi guys,

So I'm with Arsenal and have always tried to sign Bojan of Barcelona. But his club tell me hands off and the player has always said he was not interested. Then recently I saw this and LOLed.

But seriously though, has anyone experienced this before and do you know who his mentor is? Is it Guardiola or another player that has 'abandoned' him?

It usually happens when a player falls out with his manager when he is also on his favoured personell list. Happens unusually often in my save games.

Not complaining though, I snapped Cristiano Ronaldo up for £30M a couple of seasons in because he fell out with Mourinho.

Bojan for £5.5M is a coup, it's more like a hoax. It does happen though. Hope he turns out to be a star for you as his progress in real life has started to slip more recently it seems. He does get the games, don't get me wrong, but he's not mentioned often anymore.

This game seems to be full of top players being transfer listed at the end of season, mainly due to fall out with management. I know some footballers have big ego's but FM have clearly made them a little too big.

I hope this is one of the main things to be fixed in the December patch as it's a large step away from the realism that the game intended to provide.
All top teams are basically revamping their squads because of this. The amount of unhappy key players is ridiculous and them being offered to clubs tends to be somewhat pointless as most clubs just aren't able to fulfill the players / agents demands anyhow. If this would happen once in a while it would be ok, but this often is a tad silly to say the least.
