boltan need help

hi i bought fm a while back and recently started a new carrer started with blackpool :fired in 22nd championship
got hired as west ham boss:2nd in champ fierd in 20th prem then was hired as boltan boss survived on last day of season 17th. but my boltan team cant seam to win even though i got an okay side.desides from freak results like 3-1 wins at man city my squad cant do anything.any suggestions

Its hard to say what kind of approach that suits your team. Are you in season 3 now ? How many players are still in the club, many new signings etc etc ? Perhaps you could post some screens of your squad.
