Bolton - 17 Million

currently managing Bolton in my second season, need a cm, lb and rb mainly but looking to improve the team in all areas so can you give me a few names of cheap players that will get the job done and help improve my team hopefully finish above 10th (last seasons placement).

would also like the names of some wonderkids that i can get cheaply

budget = 17mil (maybe bit more if i can sell afew players, this may not look real but its what the board have given me)
