Breaking News From The Bolton Camp

Bolton Chairman Phil Gartside has announced that former boss Owen Coyle has Retired due to contracting Pancreatic cancer and wanting to spend his last few months with his family.

With the race on to find a new manager Phil is reported to be looking towards a young manager who would be cheaper to employ. he has reportedly offered a contract to rookie George Gates who has never managed a club before exept his sunday league team.

George Gates has been unveiled as the new manager of Bolton
and has apparently got big ideas for the premier league team but has been repotedly given a budget which he is not at all happy with and has been told by the chairman that if he wants funds then he should make them himself.

In Gates' first press conference he told the press that he "was going to sell any one at the right price"

have all left Bolton to Everton, Fulham and Tottenham respectively pulling in around ten million in transfer fees for George Gates to play with.

aparently George Gates has had a row with the board of directors over the fact that he has not been able to use all the money he gained from selling the three players yesterday he has only been given around 6 million to spend. He said that he was interested in signing two or three players and they would not come cheap.

Roberto Carlos has officially signed a two year deal at Bolton. He transferred this morning from Corinthians for 1.3 million. Roberto has scored some great goals including the "impossible Goal" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZnXA0PoEE6Y

When questioned George Gates addmitted that this had used up a lot of his transfer funds and he would only be able to sign one of the other players on his radar belived to be vaclev kadlec and yaya sanogo
