Borussia Dortmund as many of you know are one of the top teams in the German Bundesliga, and since Klopp has transformed them into the powerhouse they are now, they are still trailing Bayern Munich in the trophy department, and my aim of this story is simple...

Match Bayern Munich's 5 Champions League titles.
This story will be split into monthly segments, so I will deliver results, goalscorers and lineups, and a player of the month, I hope you enjoy.

Transfers summer 2013

At the start of my reign as Dortmund gaffer, I was given a nice sum of around ?17m to spend, and I managed to also sell Subotic for ?15m, and I sold him because he was no better than Sokratis, and ?15m allowed my to build for the long term.

I managed to bring in a young goalkeeper in the form of Horn, who will be my long term replacement for the ageing Weidenfeller.

Another successful signing was the acquisition of a Japanese attacking midfielder from Frankfurt, Inui, who gives us rotation on the left wing and behind the forward, with merchandise as well we may even reclaim that ?5m spent on him over time!

Ginter was a future replacement for Subotic who departed, and for ?12.5m he was my most expensive signing, but will be a star for Germany also.

Finally, Seitaridis came in for free on a year contract, because Pizszcek is out for 7 months, and I needed cover for Grosskreutz, so he offers me that backup if it is ever needed.

Many of you know Gundogan and what a player he is in real life, and the role I want him to play is to drop deep, collect the ball and keep the tempo clicking, and I want him as the core of my team, so he is crucial to this new era at Dortmund, and could be here until the end of the story perhaps.

Marco Reus is an outstanding talent, and his speed and technical ability will strecth defences and cause mayhem in the Bundesliga and across Europe.

In my opinion the best striker in the world bar the usual 3 of Ibra, Ronaldo and Messi (if you wanted to count the last two as strikers), and unfortunately for us he is joining the team we are trying to match in silverware at the end of the season, Bayern, so hopefully he can help us regain the Bundesliga before he leaves.


My tactic will be one that Dortmund don't use in real life, and I believe that a 1-0 win is better than a 4-2, because I prefer a solid defence to lots of goals, and with my tactic I want my team to drop deep, but when we collect the ball the players have to be fit enough and quick enough to counter attack, I call this tactic 'The Drop and attack'.

My targets for this season will be:

Regain Bundesliga title, as Bayern won it last year I feel this is priority.

Quarter finals of the Champions League, as this isn't priority for us at the minute, league is.

Semi-finals of the German Cup.

Concede a maximum of 30 in all competitions.
